Crystal head crimping (Take Category 5 wire, T568B standard as an example)

Crimping pliers are used for cutting, stripping and crimping. Only one tool is used for the entire production.

Pay attention to the distance between the outer sheath of the network cable and the blade. Too tight pressure will damage the outer sheath of the core wire and the copper core.

Crystal head selection

Choose an authentic crystal head. Generally, the crystal head has the manufacturer's logo on the plastic shrapnel. The crystal head is bright and transparent. When pressed with crimping pliers, it will not crack.

Crystal head will hear the sound of "铮铮" when you flip the shrapnel with your fingers. If you shove the shrapnel forward to 90 degrees, the shrapnel will not break, and it will return to its original state and the elasticity will not change. When you insert the finished crystal head into the hub device or network card, you can hear a crisp "click" sound. The copper piece is relatively thick. The small blade lightly scratches the metal contact piece of the crystal head, and the copper is not easy to drop.

It has anti-flammability, and the jacket of the network cable cannot burn. The outer skin is stretchy. It is not easy to break, the network cable is flexible, it is convenient to bend, and it is not easy to be broken. The winding length of the network cable is short, about 15mm. Eight wires use pure copper.
